Job Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate meetings, manage travel arrangements, and prioritize conflicting tasks.
• Submit and track expense claims and disbursements promptly.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the department, including travel arrangements for team members, processing expense and travel claims, and coordinating internal and external meetings and events.
• Maintain proper filing systems and records.
• Assist with other assigned projects, such as vendor management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, GCE A level,
• At least 3 years of experience in secretarial or executive support roles.
• Discreet and trustworthy with handling confidential information.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
