Job Description

Secretarial Duties :
  • Secretarial support to Managing Director and provide high-level administrative support to Directors
Work with Corporate Secretariat on ACRA Corporate matters
  • Performs other adhoc duties as assigned

Human Resource Duties :
  • Handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions
Monthly payroll administration & timely CPF submission
  • Preparation & submission of IR21, IR8A Tax matters
Submission of NS man claim and Government Paid Leave
  • Liaise with government authorities and agencies such MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc. on employee related matters.
Handle renewal of office and cars insurances, employees benefits and leave management
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing
Assist in preparing HR data when needed by directors
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in annual employee appraisals, increment and bonus
  • Organizing and coordinating company events and meetings
Perform and update employee related data into HRIS system on a timely basis
  • Maintain up to date employee's personnel files
Support general day-to-day HR administrative duties

Administrative Duties :
  • In-charge of general office administrative support
Responsible for all office equipment (i.e. photocopier, water dispenser, etc) and monthly/ad-hoc purchase & ordering of office stocks such as pantry and stationeries
  • Ordering of wreath, get-well flowers when required

Accounts duties :
  • Handle all day to day operations on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Handle payments, updating and sending Statement of Accounts to customers.
  • Handle banks matters (ie. adding or deleting users)
Handle Cash to Master
  • In charge of application of COR for Indonesia and India, MPA and Custom bond
Bank in cheque as and when required
  • Handle petty cash
Back up the Accounts Executive in her absence

Requirement :
  • Preferably Diploma in HR Administration/ Accounting
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS system (i.e. iSuperSuite).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
High reliability and integrity in handling confidential information
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,
  • 00 - $5,000.00 per month
