Job Description

  • Provide secretarial and executive support to the Head of Department.
  • Handle meetings, calendars, travel arrangements and plans, etc.
  • Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to day-to-day operations.
  • Organize events, team outings, office renovations when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of secretarial experience in MNC company.
  • Proficient in MS Office
