Responsibilities:- Proactively and independently support the executive team by handling various assignments across diverse business lines
Prepare meeting minutes, presentation slides, and maintain accurate documentation with a keen attention to detail- Organise and coordinate meetings, travel plans, facilitating business appointments; and submit monthly claims on behalf of the executive team
Track and monitor the progress of marketing and sales performance, participate in sales meetings, submit reports and updates on a regular basis
- Be involved in supporting other departments, and also other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Cover reception duties as needed, assist and support guests, and create a welcome environment for all stakeholders
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent- Preference for individuals with at least 2 years of experience supporting C-suite executives
Mature, meticulous, strong problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking partners) due to job requirements
