Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities Include

  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Chief Compliance Officer, such as, but not limited to:
    • General administration, budgeting, administrative tasks to comply with internal policies, procedures and rules (e.g. approvals for G&E), etc.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas.
    • Organize and coordinate some events, conferences, and meetings.
    • Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
    • Administrative logistical arrangements for staff onboarding.
  • Support activity in Asia-Pacific Corporate Function Coordination Department.
  • Such other tasks as may be assigned.

RequirementsWhat You Should Have

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to acquire consensus among stakeholders.
  • Strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to team efforts.
  • Ability to analyse situations and support the identification of opportunities for improvement.
  • The ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in financial institution or as secretary is preferable.
