JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for providing support to the Secretary.
Job Responsibilities:
- You need to provide administrative / secretarial support to the HODs and Directors - travel arrangements, calendars, appointment scheduling and drafting of correspondences, etc.
- You need to ensure meetings are effectively organized and record minutes of meeting.
- Able to handle and draft correspondences to business associates. Research, prepare and handle confidential-related matters.
- Able to maintain efficient filing system of internal, external and confidential documents.
Job Requirements
- You must have a minimum Diploma in Secretarial Studies or related discipline.
- You must have at least 5 years experience in a similar capacity.
- You must have prior experience in F&B / Hospitality industry would be advantageous. Possess a can-do attitude and eager to learn. A gastronomist who enjoys different cuisines.
- You must have a high degree of resilience, perseverance, focus and commitment is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be independent, meticulous and maintain high level of professionalism.
- Must be efficient and confident to work in fast paced environment.
- You must have positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
- Mature, responsible and hard working with pleasant personality.
- Organised, confident, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Resides in the West area preferred.
