Draft, review, and proofread various documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Prepare and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation, ensuring a seamless travel experience for the Director.
Handle and submit expenses and claims for the director.
Managing director's personal matters.
Assist the Directors on confidential documents.
Liaison with lawyers, consultants and government authorities.
Maintain contacts information on Outlook
Assist on preparing and distribution of hampers and gifts to business associates
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess a background in financial expertise or relevant work experience.
Accept frequent overseas business travelling.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Provide secretarial support to Mandarin-speaking and writing Director.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail is a must.
