Job Purpose:
You will oversee end-to-end policy services activities (e.g. billing processing, etc.) and give advice and lead the Business Processing team to achieve the overall Department's target.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage escalations and communication with policyholders, intermediaries, and third-party inquiries while independently handling tasks without precedent.
- Lead process improvement initiatives by implementing new processes and collaborating with other sections to boost efficiency.
- Actively participate in departmental projects and initiatives, providing in-depth business logic and practices as a business representative.
- Review, update, and implement new SOPs, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry trends, while managing business and regulatory risks.
- Lead, coach, and allocate resources for multiple Business Processing teams, promoting a culture aligned with the organization's Core Values and championing best risk management practices.
Our Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in Group Insurance Business Processing and leadership roles.
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a strong team-oriented attitude.
- Aligns with organizational core values and proactively drives improvements and adapts to change.
