We are looking for an experienced IT Security Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support team process automation strategies to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with service stakeholders to analyze and develop new features.
- Implement and enhance IT Security Services, ensuring continual improvement.
- Analyze and troubleshoot errors, incidents, and user-reported issues.
- Maintain and update system technical documentation, primarily using Confluence.
- Apply best practices to maintain high standards of IT security.
- Participate in an on-call duty rotation to ensure service reliability.
Requirements:
- Expertise in one or more IT Security Engineering topics, such as Secure Browsing (Zscaler), PAM (Privileged Access Management), PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), or Multifactor Authentication.
- Proven ability to contribute to the development of architecture, concepts, and processes in IT security.
- Highly proactive, solution-focused, and results-driven, with strong abstract and conceptual thinking skills.
- Capable of independently assessing, prioritizing, and resolving outstanding tasks and requests.
- Operational or engineering-level experience (2nd and 3rd level) with IT Security Services.
- Experience working in complex, highly regulated environments, preferably within the financial sector.
- Proficiency in both Windows and Linux administration.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as Ansible, Python, Bash/Shell, Terraform, and version control systems like GIT.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and Regular Expressions.
This is an initial 1-year contract role that will get converted to a perm role based on performance.
