Assist SecurityManager and undertake any other related duties stipulated by S.O.
Conduct full spectrum security audits, exercises and investigation.
Supervise security service providers and manage daily security operations.
Conduct inventory check on the assets assign to security.
Follow-up on security feedbacks / suggestions for improvement.
Follow-up and coordinate on security development projects with security service / system providers.
Coordinate smooth and safe visit by local government officials, foreign delegates, and VIPs.
Ensure that no discrepancy on the submission of quotation or invoice submitted from Securityvendor.
Manage data records in Staff Entrance and Exit (SEE) System.
Liaise with the client's stakeholders and contractors for any defects reported on security systems.
Refer preliminary update on disciplinary matters to Discipline Team.
Document security meeting minutes, statistic reports and data.
Manage carpark system and liaise its day-to-day carpark operations with the carpark operator
Submission of reports of carpark complimentary tickets from users and the numbers of complimentary tickets printed for all the events of the month to Office of Estates.
Spare parts inventory report to be submitted to Office of Estates
Collation of monthly complimentary usage from the client's staff and external hirers
Undertake any other related duties stipulated by the client.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline with 5 years of relevant experience supervising securitypersonnel OR
Higher Nitec or Nitec in in any discipline with 7 years of relevant experience supervising securitypersonnel
Good knowledge of security, design and implementation of physical security plans
Technical knowledge of security systems/equipment such as IDS, CCTVs, access control systems, carpark systems etc. and their integration
