RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to record identity of visitors or contractors with relevant passes provided to them for company identification.
Provide visitors/customer/vendors with passes and a Basic HSE Information Leaflet
Ensure the helmets and goggles are clean and in good working condition ready for visitors to use.
Upkeep and ensure all visitors helmets and goggles are sanitized and wipe clean after each use.
Provide contractor working in our plant with a Contractor Pass and Contractors Indemnity Form
Ensure and direct container coming in is parked properly for loading and unloading at warehouse
Direct delivery personnel to relevant persons in CRS
Inform relevant persons of visitors
Collect letters from postman and pass to HR Executive
Adheres to Company policies and work requirements and works in accordance with Company HSE Management Systems.
Participate in health, safety and environment programs conducted by the plant to maintain a high standard of safety consciousness.
Ensure good housekeeping within work area.
Observes safety rules and regulations, identify potential hazards in workplace and reports unsafe conditions and act.
Execute and support all ISO SYSTEMS assigned duties.
REQUIREMENTS
Secondary or Primary Education
Must be capable to speak and write simple English.
Maintain communications with all plant personnel.
Teamwork spirit
Open minded
Ability to work independently
Working hours - Mon Sat from
- 30am 6.30pm
