Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Security
Position Title: Security Officer (Commercial Building)
- Working Location: Chulia Street
Working Hours: 6 days (
- 00 am-8.00 pm/8.00 pm-8.00 am)
- Salary Package: BasicSalary $3,000 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Monitor and patrol the commercial building premises to ensure safety and security.- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
Conduct regular security checks and clocking as per shift schedule.
- Control access to the building, check identification and issue passes to visitors.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.- Assist in emergencies, including fire alarms and evacuations.
Conduct investigations and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Liaise with building management and tenants to address security concerns.
Ensure compliance with building security protocols and regulations.- Perform regular checks on security systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and visitors.
Valid PLRD license.
- Prior experience in security, preferably in a commercial building setting.
Strong observational and communication skills.- Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations calmly.
Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols.
- Customer service oriented.
Physically fit and able to perform patrolling duties.- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
