About the Team
The Physical Security department is responsible for the overall security of the company's personnel, physical assets and facilities. Based on security risks, the team establishes and continuously improves security policies, procedures & standards, infrastructure, human and technical preventive measures, employee security awareness, alarm and incident response capabilities, etc., to safeguard the company's business operations worldwide.

Responsibilities
Workplace Emergency Response
- Support the establishment of a comprehensive workplace emergency response program to increase our ability to effectively respond to incidents at our sites.
- Oversee the recruitment and training of nominated local site ERT members in basic first aid, fire marshal and other essential workplace emergency skills using trusted third party vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third party vendors to ensure high-level service delivery.
- Develop training material and support the delivery of table-top and/or exercises for staff on emergency preparedness & response protocols for medical, fire, and other workplace emergencies.

Employee Security Awareness Training & User Outreach
- Implement an informative, engaging, and scalable employee security awareness training program covering key topics related to office security, emergency response, user outreach, and other security best practice.
- Coordinate with Regional Security Operations and Intelligence teams on user outreach cases to ensure appropriate assessment, triage, and resolution.
- Support regional coordination of internal PSEC Ops training and drilling to ensure consistent region wide performance standards are being measured and met.

Event Security
- Develop and manage a robust, scalable, and risk-based event security program to enable appropriate physical security support for critical internal and external events across the region.
- Support the rollout of an effective event tiering system which identifies risk criteria to ensure security support measures are commensurate to the risk profile of the event.
- Work closely with event business partners in your region to maintain a consolidated event calendar to ensure all relevant events are captured and appropriately supported.
- Establish good working relationships with outsourced event agencies. Review event planning documentation developed by our third party partners to ensure security controls comply with internal security standards.
- Work with the Regional Security Operations team to conduct accurate and timely risk assessments of key event locations in your region of responsibility.

Other Programs & Tasks
- Support other security programs as required including emergency mass notification systems (EMNS), travel risk management (TRM), Global/Regional Security Operations Centers (G/RSOC), and crisis management.
Minimum Qualifications
- A proven record of working in corporate security management.
- Experience designing and implementing physical security projects and initiatives with a demonstratable record of success.
- Strong understanding of core physical security principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written ability with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and sound judgement when dealing with complex situations.
- Ability to think creatively and help design and deliver engaging employee-facing training content.
- Ability to travel to other offices or offsite events as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
- A university degree in a related field is advantageous.
- Program/project management qualifications.
- Strong commercial awareness, experience managing budgets.
- Experience managing contract personnel, such as guard forces.
- Experience conducting in-person and/or remote venue risk assessments.
