Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues
Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results
Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients premises
Familiarize yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
Perform any other technical tasks as and when required
Requirements
Min Diploma or Higher Nitec in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant with at least 2 years working experience
Hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must
Hands-on experience in security system configuration, application programming and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage
