As the Sell-out Programs Manager, Mobile Experience Business, you will be responsible for leading projects that drive the growth of Samsung's Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables, and Mobile Accessories businesses across the Southeast Asia and Oceania region.

As the Sell-Out Programs Manager for the Mobile Experience business, you will be responsible for developing and managing regional consumer affordability platforms and programming (i.e., Samsung Finance+, Trade-in), and in doing so, facilitating partnership proposals, project managing IT platform integration and guiding go-to-market launch strategy.
Working closely with subsidiary and platform partner stakeholders, along with cross-functional teams across the regional headquarters, you will support Samsung's efforts to build consumer affordability platforms and programs to support business growth across the region.
- Conducting competitive landscape analysis, partner feasibility and local regulatory reviews
- Developing regional strategies and project scopes for pilot programs and multi-market implementation
- Facilitating affordability/finance partner recruitment, proposals, selection, and negotiations
- Project managing program platform development and IT integration
- Coordinating externally with external platform IT development teams and affordability partners to ensure program development is on track
- Collaborating internally with cross-functional regional teams and local subsidiaries to develop and launch localized platform
- Defining and guiding go-to-market strategy, launch preparations, and program launch
- Providing guidance to local markets to identify and address any GTM issues, including escalation to global teams and regional / global leadership as necessary
- Managing the design and deployment of regional commercial and marketing programs to enhance platform performance
- Overseeing project budget and coordinating subsidiary program investments
- Monitoring and reporting on program-specific progress and performance, and overall achievement against business KPIs
- Delivering regular progress reports to RHQ and HQ leadership
- Leading identification of program opportunities and enhancements, such as new products and services integration (e.g. tablets, wearables, trade-in)
Qualifications
- 10 years of project management experience in a B2C business, ideally in a regional role (advantage for those from consumer financing, fintech industries)
- Expertise in consumer financing / micro-financing preferred (e.g. BNPL or microfinancing programs) with solid understanding of microfinancing programs, loan products and solutions, and corresponding financing partner commercial structures
- Experience working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners (including IT developers, UX designers, product managers, etc.)
- Experience coordinating product launches and go-to-market programs in multiple geographies (ideally in multiple Southeast Asia markets)
- Strong project management capabilities
- Team player with good stakeholder management and collaborative approach
- Result-oriented with a passion for marketing excellence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experienced producing polished reports in powerpoint, and proficient in MS Excel
- Resourceful with ability to work in a fast paced environment
