Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate is responsible for crafting innovative seller acquisition strategies to building strong relationships with key accounts. He/She is expected to work closely with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external parties. From time to time, he/she may be assigned other projects or tasks.

You will get the opportunity to work in a cross functional team consisting of developers, operations, marketing, data analysts and merchandising. We embrace a culture of experimentation and constantly strive for improvement and learning. You will work in a collaborative, trusting, thought-provoking environment. You will:
  • Support for lead generation & acquisition of sellers to join and start selling on Sift & Pick
Ideate, execute, & track new initiatives to acquire new sellers for Sift & Pick
  • Identify new avenues for seller acquisition to grow the platform
Responsible for managing relationships with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding process for these sellers
  • Manage various stakeholders, both internal and external, and act as a liaison for new sellers
Provide market insights from the seller perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics
  • Support set of key accounts to groom their performance on Sift & Pick
Build and nurture relationships with key sellers, providing personalized support and guidance to optimize their sales effort
  • Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and statistical analysis to identify high potential sellers

We believe that you will be a great fit for this role if you:
  • Holds a diploma in a related field
Fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Preferably >1 years of experience in client acquisition / business development
Preferably internship experience during studies in related field
  • Korean/Thai/Vietnamese speaking is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, ppt)
  • Interest in fashion trends and products
Able to work well independently as well as in a team and willing to learn/grow with the company
  • Possess initiative, strong communication and interpersonal skills
