Job Scope:
- Design and develop semiconductor manufacturing equipment and tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine equipment specifications and improve performance
- Oversee the production process, ensuring quality control and adherence to industry standards
- Conduct testing and validation of equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Manage supply chain logistics for materials and components needed in production
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment during installation and operation
- Develop and maintain documentation for equipment specifications, user manuals, and maintenance procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology
- Work closely with clients to customize equipment solutions to meet specific needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards throughout the manufacturing process
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in an engineering discipline with 1-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of vision/optical inspection systems is required
- Experience in semiconductor device manufacturing processes and quality control
- Familiarity with semiconductor optical inspection equipment is beneficial
- Experience in programming languages (C++, C#, or Python) is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot electronics and PC hardware systems
- Knowledge of statistical data analysis is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required
