Jobscope

. Take care of 10 to 15 children at any one point

. Writing of IEP and Monthly progress report

. Setup effective behavioural management strategy

. Conduct 1 to 1 home based ABA therapy and School Shadowing for children with Autism

. Training of junior therapists

. Arrangement of observation sessions for junior therapists

. Scheduling of therapy sessions for the clients

. Conduct assessment and effectively take data of every therapy session

Talent Requirements

. Positive, friendly, helpful, patient and dependable

. Strong passion to help the children with special needs

. Work independently with high sense of responsibility and ethics

. Do not mind traveling to different locations for therapy

. Uphold high integrity, enthusiastic and display good work ethics

. Detailed oriented

. Able to follow clear SOP
