The Account Executive / Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing client projects, acting as the main contact for coordination, and ensuring projects run smoothly. This role involves developing ideas to meet KPIs and delivering measurable results. Key duties include overseeing campaigns, sharing accurate information with the team, and providing client updates while reporting to the Account Director. Building strong client relationships is essential, with a focus on timely, clear communication to complete projects on schedule and within budget. Additionally, this role supports team development, offering constructive feedback and guidance to help colleagues grow professionally.

What you'll be doing

The Account Executive / Senior Account Executive serves as a bridge between clients and the agency, coordinating campaigns and ensuring smooth communication across all parties. Responsibilities include managing both social media and activation projects, preparing briefs, and overseeing the creative and production process. This role involves collaboration with various departments, such as Creative, Media, Planning, and Digital, to deliver integrated work. Participation in brainstorming sessions, research, and presentations builds strong account servicing skills. Exposure to the entire creative process provides a holistic view, enhancing expertise across different project requirements.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Media (50%)

  • Assists in creating and managing comprehensive communication plans across traditional and digital media.
  • Provides sound channel planning recommendations, including for TV, print, digital, and more.
  • Negotiates and manages media plans with vendors and partners, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Compiles and analyzes marketing and media reports, offering insights for future campaigns.
  • Maintains media flowcharts and delivers interim and post-campaign reports.
  • Analyses consumer insights, competitive landscape, and media trends to inform strategy.

Social Media - Content / Influencer (50%)

  • Manages social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, including influencer collaborations.
  • Keeps team updated on new social trends and identifies potential applications for clients.
  • Works with reporting lines to develop content themes and engagement strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Assists in creating community management SOPs and managing social media communities.
  • Oversees end-to-end contest and giveaway management on social platforms.
  • Updates influencer lists, brainstorms creative solutions, and ensures influencer deliverables are met.

About you:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in advertising, media studies, marketing, business administration, or communications.
  • Has at least 1 year of experience in an advertising agency, demonstrating maturity in team and client interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Possesses excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in digital media, social platforms, and the creative process.
  • Demonstrates independence, responsibility, and the ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
