Base salary: up to 180,000 SGD + Commission
Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge B2B tech solutions, dedicated to empowering businesses with innovative technologies that drive growth and efficiency. With a focus on delivering exceptional value and service, we are expanding our team to include a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead their efforts in acquiring new enterprise accounts across SEA.
As an Account Executive focusing on Enterprise accounts, you will be the driving force behind their new business development strategy. This is a pure hunting role where you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise clients. There will be a sales target assigned to you and your success in this role will directly contribute to the growth and success of their business in the SEA market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients through research, networking, and strategic outreach. Develop and execute a plan to build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.
- Initiate contact with decision-makers at prospective enterprise accounts, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and drive sales growth. Leverage your industry knowledge and insights to position as a leader in tech solutions.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure. Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of their solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain ongoing communication to foster long-term partnerships.
- Achieve yearly sales target.
Preferences:
- Proven track record 5-8 years in a hunting sales role, with significant experience in acquiring and managing enterprise accounts within the Payments or Ecommerce sector.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, negotiation tactics, and closing strategies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of B2B tech solutions and the ability to articulate complex concepts to various stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and build rapport with C-level executives.
- Highly driven and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
- Already based in Singapore, Relocation is not preferred at this stage
