Senior Account Operations Manager
As our business continues to grow and reach new heights, we are looking for a Senior Account Operations Manager with Maker Lab. Youll work closely with our Business Director with support from the Operations team in managing client operational & commercial requests. You play a key role in planning, organising, and coordinating projects across business functions aligned with client scopes, commercials, and internal processes.
As the company continues to grow across APAC and EMEA, the need for someone to drive and bridge workstreams across client requests and internal operational excellence has grown. This role sits within the Account Management team and will liaise cross-functionally with Business Operations, Finance, HR and other management team members.

Role:
Work closely with the Business Director and Account Management team to support all commerical account operational initiatives
Manage client commercials and project manage APAC teams to implement business and financial plans.
Inputting & maintaining accurate information within the company's SaaS platform
Manage scenarios related to budgets, asks, and justifications in consultation with leadership.
Function as the main point of contact for all internal account-related commercial inquiries
Maintain and manage existing client commercial tracking workstreams
Working closely with Finance and Business Operations to support tracking expenses and budgets to ensure business efficiency
Be commercially savvy to identify when project implementation requires budget adjustments
Act as a champion for operational excellence within the Account Management team
Strong project management abilities, a keen eye for detail
Coordinate with different internal and external teams to achieve optimal work production across the board
You:
6+ years of experience working in account management, business operations, or account operations roles in an agency, consultancy or in-house team
Have strong project management skills and love putting order in chaos
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage your workflow
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
A self-motivated and driven individual with the ability to work independently and have the initiative to ideate new processes for enhanced efficiency
Proficient in technology, especially Google Suite of products. Knowledge of project management tools will be useful.
Able to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Motivate, inspire and have a high tolerance and appreciation for navigating ambiguity.
Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills
