Senior Accountant / Reporting

We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented individual to join the commodity trading industry as an Accounting Team Lead/Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate should be proficient in full set of accounts and reporting, and has experience leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review accounting transactions and closing activities of team members
• Act as an approver for payment or any related tasks
• Ensure smooth completion of company reporting and compliance as per regulations
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Ad-hoc projects on company continuous improvement of workflow, software, etc.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in full set of accounts
• Working experience with an MNC is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under time pressure
• Possess good planning and organizing skills
