Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will take on a leadership role in financial reporting, strategic planning, and overseeing accounting operations to ensure the company's financial health and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Oversee and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial insights.
- Manage tax preparation, filing, and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
- Support and lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in accounting, with leadership responsibilities.
- CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in advanced accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
