Job Responsibilities
Financial Management
Assists in the preparation of monthly reporting, budget and projection files such as P/L, volume, headcount etc. from the submission from institutions
Analyses monthly P/L, monitor against budget and provide commentaries to report to management for institution assigned
Prepares quarterly entertainment report to send to GCEO
Fixed Assets/ Projects Claims Management
Tracks and prepares updates to Senior Management on CAPEX utilisation for both funded and self-funded projects
Tracks and submits claims for MOH funded development projects
Monitors various project funds usage through coordination with relevant stakeholders
Administrative
Prepares Corporate Calendar for Finance
Performs collation of statistics and data
Performs other ad-hoc administrative duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training/Experience
- Diploma in Finance/ Accounting preferred. Candidates with business administrative background will also be considered.
- Min 2 years relevant experience
- Strong Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
