Job Description:
Handle full sets of accounts for clients and preparation for monthly financial reporting.
Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.
Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
Preparation of XBRL submission
Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g.Form IR8A)
Client relationship management, including but not limited to, professional advice to clients, projects/tasks management/coordination.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.
Those with experience in professional firms is an advantageous.
Candidate must be proficient in English & Japanese (JLPT N2) to liaise with and to provide consultation to Japanese speaking clients stationed in Japan.
Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
Self-motivated and serious work attitude.
Detailed and customer-service oriented.
A good team player.
