Job Description:
. Handle full sets of accounts for clients and preparation for monthly financial reporting.
. Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
. Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.
. Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
. Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
. Preparation of XBRL submission
. Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g.Form IR8A)
. Client relationship management, including but not limited to, professional advice to clients, projects/tasks management/coordination.
. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
. Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.
. Those with experience in professional firms is an advantageous.
. Candidate must be proficient in English & Japanese (JLPT N2) to liaise with and to provide consultation to Japanese speaking clients stationed in Japan.
. Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
. Self-motivated and serious work attitude.
. Detailed and customer-service oriented.
. A good team player.
