Job Summary
Handle full set of accounts inclusive subsidiary and Rep office accounting book and provide support on the full spectrum of finance & accounting functions.
Responsibilities
AP Control
Posting AP Invoices/ AP Credit Note (Intercompany & 3rd party) to SAP (Trade or Non-Trade) *write GL Account on paper
Checking Intercompany Balance Transactions, update of Purchase Information in excel (Intercompany & 3rd Party) and checking of vendor monthly SOA
Prepare Journal Vouchers for any adjustment transactions for payments / expenses
Handle, prepare and update petty cash transactions in Excel
Prepare payment (GIRO / Foreign Remittance / FOREX) to vendor / customer and cheque payment (if require), posting Payment Vouchers into SAP (inclusive REP Office transaction).
Create and maintain New Supplier Master Data in SAP & maintain the record in Hardcopy.
Check staff claims via Cloud system & disbursement (if require)
Monthly / Quarterly / Year End Closing
Handle full set of accounts inclusive Subsidiary and Rep Office accounting book independently
Prepare Management Reports, Audit Schedules, Journal Vouchers and
Prepare Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash Reports & Petty Cash Reconciliation
Prepare and analyse Rep Office Budget Control Reports
Prepare Budget Comparison and analyse Group budget and actual variances
Checking Inbound Report and Inventory Balance (Intercompany & 3rd Party)
Prepare quarterly GST return & MES Report
Assist in Group Consolidated Reports
Assist on Auditor & Tax Agent Queries (Quarterly and yearly basis), Statutory filing and Corporate Tax Filing in Singapore or Rep Office (Overseas)
Assist on Transfer Pricing Documents and Statistics Survey (if require)
Assist on Corporate Secretary related (Board Resolution etc.)
Check and overseas AR / Credit Control related transaction
Ad-Hoc
Implementation and Maintenance of SAP system
Liaise with SAP consultant any issue arises from SAP operation
Oversee and assist accounts executive
Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by the Management

SAP B1 / Hana
Microsoft Office (Excel Vlookup, Pivot Table, Consolidate etc., Words, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Education/Experience requirements
Minimum Degree in Finance & Accounting and/or equivalent with at least 5 - 6 years of related working experience.
