The Senior Admissions Consultant will be responsible for driving the student recruitment process, helping to attract and enroll students. This position requires a deep understanding of the admissions process, excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, and the ability to engage effectively with prospective students and families. You will manage inquiries, guide families through the application process, and provide expert advice to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings, fostering strong connections with potential applicants.
- Act as the primary contact for prospective students and families, providing comprehensive information on school programs, values, and admissions criteria.
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess student fit, guide families through the application process, and address their unique needs.
- Review and process student applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Provide timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth and positive admissions experience for applicants.
- Monitor students progress, maintain close communication with parents to address concerns, build trust, and enhance relationships to encourage parent referrals.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline workflows and enhance service quality.
- Partner with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns.
- Represent the school at education fairs, school visits, and international recruitment events.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 13 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or customer service.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse families and partners.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
