Senior/AM, Marketing & Communications (Healthcare).

Job Summary

The incumbent will augment the marketing communications and business development capabilities in Allied Health & Pharmacy Operations. He / she will provide marcoms and operational support for 3 departments - Rehabilitation, Dietetics and Pharmacy.

Job Responsibilities

Educational & Marketing Collateral

• Initiate / collaborate with project owners to develop new collateral where appropriate. To lead and see through project in a timely manner.
• Ensure all collateral are harmonised, in accordance with the company's brand identity guide.
• Advocate and facilitate sustainability by moving from printed to e-copies.

Business Development

• Support the departments initiatives to develop services and revenue streams.
• Monitor performance and where appropriate, work with stakeholders to institute appropriate strategies and solutions to ensure cost recovery and sustain profitability.

Operational & Patient Experience Projects

• Support and manage assigned projects - work with stakeholders to implement initiatives, track project milestones, escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Good degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Business or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral), able to write and edit different types of text.
• Creative and well versed in basic graphic design and video editing software.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills who can work in a team and independently, in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous with strong project management and presentation skills.
• Positive individual who is adaptable and can work under tight timelines.
