Job Summary
Supporting the business in establishing and maintaining strong commercial excellence systems which includes process definition, governance, tracking and reporting of key metrics to ensure alignment across all functions and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Understand and interpret CRM / SFDC / pipeline and sales data
Generate detailed reports, monitoring business performance, and supporting Commercial Excellence with accurate data and analysis
Develops metrics, identifying key performance indicators for future business and operations improvement opportunities
Perform business analysis and act as the point of contact with internal stakeholders
Gather and analyze data from various sources, using analytical tools to assess trends
Work on complex data sets and generate business insights
Interpret data and work with internal teams to deliver data-driven reports and dashboards
Organizes, supports, and facilitates cross-functional project teams; take charge of ad-hoc projects as required
Create business collaterals, presentation decks, training materials and reports
Support business initiatives by working with other region / country stakeholders and partners
Cross-business, functional, country stakeholder engagement
Understanding of business processes and how technology can be used to support them; deliver solutions that meet the requirements
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience in Data Analyst
Have a genuine interest in Commercial Excellence and Operations
Experience using CRM / reporting / analytics tools and visualization platforms; Familiarity with industry-standard tools for data collection, reporting and analytics
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong desire to learn and adapt
Able to work in fast-paced, start-up, unstructured environments
Project Management Skills
Possess strong storytelling and communications skills of both written and spoken English
