A leading company in the storage solutions sector, backed by a globally renowned private equity firm, has established a new portfolio management role to support its investment team through its next phase of growth and beyond.
Responsibilities
You will work closely and report directly to the C-suite. In this role, you will play a critical role in optimizing portfolio value by monitoring and rebalancing portfolio performance. You will support M&A and strategic investments/divestments while providing actionable data-driven insights to improve the portfolio. Responsibilities also include developing financial strategies, forecasting and scenario planning to identify key risks to guide decision-making. You will summarise your findings to present detailed reports and presentations to senior leadership, and collaborate across teams to align strategies with corporate goals.
Requirements
You are an independent and proactive individual with a minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis / portfolio management. Candidates from a finance background who works closely with investment deal execution teams would be preferred. Additional qualifications like MBA / Master's degree in Finance / CFA would be advantageous. You are proficient in advanced financial modelling and can quickly synthesise complex information into clear, concise action plans. To excel in this role, you should be highly critical, analytical, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a strong communicator.
