Design and conduct sophisticated and precise analysis to support business teams across various functions in optimizing their resources and strategies.
Own and operate end to end commercial target setting process, to enable the leadership team to steer the business and ensure health growth of business.
Collaborate closely with the BI and Data Product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in reported figures for various business teams.
Conduct thorough intra/post-campaign analysis, evaluating performance metrics at both brand/seller levels and sales team achievements, comparing them against previous campaigns, and investigating any significant irregularities or issues that fall under the purview of the sales operation team.
Carry out targeted ad-hoc analysis to decode specific business scenarios and hurdles, delivering data-driven insights, recommendations, and solutions to diverse business units.
Offer strategic insights to senior management regarding sales operation domains, such as incentive structures for sales teams, optimal team sizes, and profitability insights, data-driven simulation models.
Additional ad hoc tasks related to commercial training.
Job Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or Business Management.
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in Data Analytics & preferably (not a must) in Business Intelligence with high business acumen.
Advance level in Excel (esp Pivot & vLookup) is a must.
A proactive learner with an innate ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, coupled with the capacity to operate effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, R and related data analytic packages will be highly advantageous.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in data analytics / analysis are highly encouraged to apply.
