We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management to join our client's team, responsible for driving portfolio performance and supporting strategic investment decisions across the business.
Our client is a rapidly expanding self-storage provider and part of a private equity-backed portfolio, entering an exciting growth phase. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and provide key insights to help shape the company's future direction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio Management:
- Track and optimise portfolio performance using key metrics.
- Conduct portfolio rebalancing to maximize returns and mitigate risks by monitoring market conditions and regulatory shifts.
- Benchmark portfolio performance against industry standards to ensure competitive positioning.
- Support M&A, divestitures, and strategic investment decisions.
2. Data Analytics & Governance:
- Provide data-driven insights for portfolio optimisation.
- Maintain a strong financial reporting framework for data integrity and reliable decision-making.
3. Financial Strategy:
- Develop strategies to enhance portfolio performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including scenario modeling, market evaluation, and portfolio trend analysis to identify value-creation opportunities.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of portfolio strategies with overall corporate goals.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Administration; an advanced degree such as an MBA or a Master's in Finance is advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with asset or fund management firms.
