About the Role:
MRM has an exciting opportunity to work on our top global accounts as the SENIOR ANALYTICS MANAGER to drive customer loyalty by implementing engagement and retention strategies for our clients. This role works in the Performance & Analytics function of the agency.
What is this role, and how does it positively impact the business
As a Senior Analytics Manager, you will work with the Performance and Analytics team to provide deep analysis and guidance on crucial business opportunities across the company. You will draw upon your knowledge and experience in digital analytics to deliver actionable insights from various data sources customer & sales, marketing automation and other sources to inform the rapid optimization of digital efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a leading role development of customer and marketing campaign reporting for onsite usage with tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Google Looker, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Tealium.
- Provide actionable insights and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve prospect conversion, campaign engagement/ROI and customer experience.
- Analyze, measure and interpret data with the ability to deliver insights in a constructive & concise manner.
- Drive the data strategy across multiple customer touchpoints.
- Ensure timely delivery of monthly, quarterly customer and campaign reports
- Benchmark results against internal and credible external data sources
- Monitor the competitive landscape and stay up-to-date with the current industry trends
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of digital tracking: data collection, data processing and reporting
- Identify opportunities to implement new processes, tools, techniques, and analytical frameworks designed to better serve customers and increase department operating efficiencies.
- Forge strong partnerships with business and strategy teams to develop strategic insights and help formulate them into action plans that advance business analytic objectives.
Required Competencies/Skills:
- Excellent data interpretation and visualization skills with tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Google Looker.
- Strong ability to present concise actionable insights particularly with PowerPoint presentations.
- Functional knowledge of social media, listening and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and CDP tools such as Tealium/Salesforce.
- Strong English communication skills, including presentation, written, and listening skills.
- Hands on experience with Customer and CRM campaign data
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Organized and process-driven, with a thorough and structured approach to working.
- Eager to learn and upgrade skills with a growing company.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in reporting and insights, ideally in complex business environments.
- Great team leadership skills and the ability to work well with others to accomplish goals.
- Experience driving the data strategy across multiple customer touchpoints.
