To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities requirements and standards.

Essential duties include the following:
- Project Management, coordinate and assist in the day to day running of projects assigned
- Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team
- Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes
- Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues
- Keep updated on contractual and authorities requirements
- Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members
Requirements
- Degree in Architectural from recognized tertiary institution
- Minimum 8 years post graduate experience
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission process and guidelines
- Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup
