Senior/Architect (Architectural Firm)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team and lead high-profile projects with an emphasis on creativity, sustainability, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in design, project management, and stakeholder collaboration within the architecture industry. This role requires expertise in Singapore's regulatory and building code requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project design, development, and execution from concept through to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Review and adhere to Singapore's building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, supporting their professional growth.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a school recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an architectural firm, with a focus on high-value projects.
• Registered Architect in Singapore, with in-depth knowledge of local building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
