SENIOR ARCHITECT (INDUSTRIAL BUILDING PROJECTS)
Company background:
- One of Singapore's leading and established architectural consultancy firm specializing in industrial building projects
Location: Pacific Tech Centre (Redhill)
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, Mon to Fri (9am to 6.30pm)
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 8,000
- Variable Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of consultants in implementation of local private and public projects.
- Direct design development towards architectural intent.
- Fulfil client and authorities requirements.
- Able to plan and deliver work by datelines.
- Ability to plan, design, and implement building projects such as industrial development and other related facilities
Requirements:
- Possess a recognised Degree in Architectural studies
- At least a minimum 5 years of Architectural experiences
- Good knowledge in design / client engagement and project management
- Preferred familiarity with industrial building projects
- Good knowledge of local authority by-laws, codes, and regulations
- Strong in contracts with technical and site experience
