Senior Architect [BOA / Residential / With Portfolio]

Job Descriptions:

• Lead or support project teams in both ongoing and new projects.
• Manage client, consultant, authority, and technical meetings.
• Oversee the feasibility and design phases.
• Supervise documentation, tender processes, and project execution.
• Manage construction phases through to project completion.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a project architect.
• Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional accreditation (e.g., Board of Architects - BOA).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience in both private and public residential projects in Singapore.
• Proven track record of managing projects from concept to construction completion.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• High level of aesthetic and design sensibility.
• Expertise in technical detailing.
• Proficient in contract administration and management.
• Skilled in Revit modeling.
