Senior Architect - MAINCON

Job Scope:

• Lead and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion
• Manage a team of architects and designers
• Ensure projects meet client requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory standards
• Develop project proposals and conduct design reviews
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as engineering and construction
• Establish design guidelines and maintain quality control
• Liaise with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice
• Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders
• Mentor team members and foster professional development

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture recognized by BOA or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant project/site experience
• Preferably a minimum of 3 years of experience in MRT/LTA projects
