Senior/Architectural Associate

As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate closely with the Vice President or Project's Team Leader in all aspects of design and development. Your role involves delivering high-quality design work that showcases creative and innovative thinking. You will have the opportunity to work on large-scale projects and will be expected to demonstrate both collaborative and autonomous working capabilities. Key Responsibilities and qualifications as per followings:

1. Work on all phases of design and development.
2. Produce high-quality, creative designs.
3. Handle large-scale projects with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
4. Collaborate effectively and work independently as needed.
5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Manage third-party contributions.
7. Use Adobe Suite, Rhino, Enscape, and Revit proficiently.
8. Experience with Grasshopper or parametric design, hand sketching, and AI software is a plus.
9. Demonstrate strong graphic skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
10. Acts as a team player and shows positive attitude
