Senior Architectural Designer

Location: Beach Road, Golden Mile

Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior Architectural Designer with at least 5 years of experience in design development, project coordination, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will assist the Project Lead and manage design-related matters from project inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Administer construction contracts (SIA and PSSCOC).
• Lead project teams, ensuring thorough documentation and workflow organization.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and building codes.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SIA and PSSCOC contracts.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., Rhino3D, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent design abilities and visual awareness.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to tight schedules.

Qualifications:

• Minimum M.Arch, RIBA II, or equivalent.
