The Senior Architectural Designer is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of exciting architectural projects, ranging from hospitality to residential.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in hospitality, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to lead design teams from concept to site work.
• Strong sensibility in client stewardship and project management.
