The MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT) envisions a public healthcare system that is patient-centric, data-driven, digitally-enabled and sustainable. We aim to shape the future of healthcare in Singapore by designing and implementing innovative solutions to improve care outcomes, and to build a culture of innovation and collaboration across the healthcare ecosystem.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Technology plays a significant role in MOHT's projects and experiments, and in its operating

environment. MOHT adopts an agile approach using rapid and continuous build-measure-learn cycles that identify, develop, deliver and adapt technology to improve health. They work closely with Synapxe and implementation partners. This allows MOHT's teams to be responsive to real needs, as

demonstrated by actual data, and nimble in evolving prototypes and scalable solutions.

The main tools being used are:

1. Agile development on cloud based environment

2. Digital solution architecture design, development and operation

3. Data analytics and modelling to understand healthcare flows and resource usage

4. Artificial Intelligence

Current Initiatives:

. Digital application for mental wellness

. Passive and active sensing tools for patient lifestyle understanding and improvement

. Tele-health monitoring solutions for connected care

. Mobile patient and clinical applications

. Digital phenotyping

. Data analytics, including for patient flow analysis

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

. Working on security architecture design, implementation, operation and documentation for

healthcare ICT solutions.

. Working on security policy, compliance, process and auditing for health IT.

. Providing support on cloud security operation and collaboration

. Working closely with other tech/dev team members and provide support on security design

and implementation.

. Writing documentation and conducting knowledge transferring & sharing as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

. Bachelor's degree(or above) in computer science or other related specialties

. At least 5 years experience of ICT system and cloud security and operation

. Knowledge and skills: Must have: Hands-on experience on security architecture and operation including

1)Cloud security and operation in AWS or Azure

2)System security in Linux and system administration

3)Data security and privacy

4)Security code scanning, test and remediation

5)Security auditing. Plus: Windows system administration, H-Cloud, GCC Leadership: be able to work with developers, partners, auditors and lead the security task

planning, progress tracking and documentation for the security architecture and operation.
