We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate based in our Singapore office. Reporting to the Team Leader, this full-time and permanent position is based in Singapore and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Financial Advisory and Tax (FA&T) and its growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain and administer client's accounts with a variety of monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, monthly payroll, MAS reporting, GST reporting and payment administration.
  • Preparation of clients deliverables (i.e. monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts, reporting packages, schedules, GST registration, MAS and GST Returns, consolidation, and drafting of year-end SFRS financial statements with Director's Report).
  • Assist clients with accounting, payroll, MAS and GST related issues.
  • Mentor and review work done by Associates.
  • Any ad-hoc internal assignments.

Key requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy, Degree in Accounting or ISCA/ACCA/other equivalent professional qualifications.
  • At least three years of working experience in handling full set of accounts, GST and payroll processing.
  • Work experience (Audit or Business Outsourcing) in a Singapore CPA firm would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • A team player who has a can-do attitude with strong initiative & credibility, pay attention to details, thrives in a fast-growing organization and work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Resilient and able to work independently to organize and prioritise work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication and analytical skills.
