The ideal candidate should have:
Admission to the Singapore Bar (admission to other common law jurisdiction(s) will be considered);
At least 2 to 5 years PQE with solid corporate and commercial experience involving M&A and equity and debt investments;
Good contract drafting, negotiation and research skills;
The ability to run files with minimal supervision and lead junior lawyers;
The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently; and
A self-driven approach and positive attitude.
