Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders to elicit and validate business requirements
- Possess excellent business & technical subject matter knowledge
- Leverage the subject matter experts in T&O in delivery of structured and well-thought through solutions
- Become an effective bridge between users and technology
- Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions
- Ensure traceability of requirements in each stage of the project
- Implemented solutions should meet business needs, thereby suggesting there are no gaps from the user requirements
- Ability to help solution for users whenever a business problem may require a technical solution, especially in pre-project stages
- Have in-depth knowledge of the capital markets space
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders to elicit and validate business requirements
- Possess excellent business & technical subject matter knowledge
- Leverage the subject matter experts in T&O in delivery of structured and well-thought through solutions
- Become an effective bridge between users and technology
- Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions
- Implemented solutions should meet business needs, thereby suggesting there are no gaps from the user requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the trade lifecycle, front to back office flows in the Treasury & Markets space
- Must have done any systems related to Credit or Market Risk before
- CBAP certification & experience in Agile delivery will be an advantage
- Managed and mentored junior BAs in existing role
