Senior Associate, Corporate, Singapore

We are looking for an Associate to join our highly successful corporate practice in Singapore.

Our teams advise on some of the world's largest and most complex M&A transactions. Our clients include public and private corporations, investment banks and financial institutions, governments and international bodies. Our lawyers provide a seamless integrated service across our network of offices and across different areas of expertise.

The role will involve working for a range of clients on public and private M&A and PE transactions in Asia Pacific, including growth/pre-IPO investments, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and auction sale transactions.

• The candidate should be 4 - 6 PQE (UK notional) with a common law qualification from Singapore, the UK, Australia, Hong Kong or Canada.
• We are looking for someone with PE/M&A experience in top tier private practice at an international firm, ideally with experience in infrastructure (clean energy) M&A transactions.
• You will be a self-starter with an aptitude for and experience in client engagement and development, a strong team player and able to lead deals with minimal supervision while managing different work-streams.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong drafting skills.
• Chinese/Mandarin would be helpful but is not a pre-requisite for the role.
