We are seeking a service-oriented individual to join our Digital Services team to better serve our members through our Virtual Assistant (VA) and other customer experience initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review poorly rated chat transcripts and member feedback and to identify areas for improvement.
- Follow up with relevant internal stakeholders and members to address concerns and implement follow-up actions.
- Support the team on updating VA system scripts and workflows, and conduct user acceptance tests (UAT).
- Provide administrative support, including report generation, use access requests, and other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:

- Good communication skills and comfortable to follow up and gather feedback from members if required.
- Digitally savvy and comfortable with technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks
