Duties & Responsibilities
. Plan & manage operations of campus facilities, including maintenance schedules, site inspections, meetings, engagement with stakeholders and contractors.
. Lead & develop a team of facilities operations staff.
. Plan & manage operating budget and facilities life-cycle costing.
. Oversee administrative processes in the Facilities Management System to ensure service level is met.
. Lead in facilities renewal projects, including addition & alteration works.
. Manage contracts and procurement of relevant goods & services.
. Analyse operations data, such as utilities, equipment performance & service level, in support of sustainability and operations improvement initiatives.
. Support exploration and implementation of projects related to smart and sustainable building operations.
. Assist in management duties and special projects as assigned by Reporting Manager.
Requirements
Qualification:
. Relevant Bachelor degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management.
Years of Experience
. Minimum 15 years of Facilities Management or related experience
Knowledge / Skills (preferred)
. Attended/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management)
. Attended/ Certified Singapore Certified Energy Manager
. Attended/ Certified Fire Safety Manager
. Attended/ Certified Project Manager
. Attended/ Certified Workplace Safety Management
. Experience with Building Management Systems / Computerized Maintenance Management System
. Competent in MS Office applications
