About Human Resources Division - Talent Performance & Rewards
The Talent Performance & Rewards (TPR) team is critical in in the design and execution of HR policies, total compensation packages including staff benefits across different levels of employees, performance management structures and payroll operations. These serve to build a high-performing and effective organisation.
[What you will be working on]
Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Recommend and evaluate changes (where relevant) to compensation and benefits policies and programmes for both local and overseas staff. This includes regular reviews of policies, compensations schemes, to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
- Design and manage the implementation of changes to policies and programmes across conduct, compensation and staff benefits, including taking guidance from Public Service wide changes where relevant.
- Review and implement the employment terms and benefits of our employees (HQ-based and/or overseas based) where relevant.
- Partner and engage EDB management, line managers, key partners and other stakeholders (e.g. Finance and ITS teams) in performance and rewards related matters, including advising on manpower expenditure and budgeting.
- Communicate policy changes and/or new initiatives to employees
- Develop expertise in EDB's corporate HR systems including ensuring the accuracy of HR records and managing system enhancements and upgrades
- Support other HROD duties, as needed
[What we are looking for]
To succeed in this role, you must have/ be:
At least 3-4 years experience in HR policy and compensation/ benefits development and implementation
Able to undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis with demonstrated ability to distil problem statements and put forth sound solutions for implementation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a balance of empathy and objectivity
Ability to manage different and potentially concurrent workstreams in an organised fashion
Meticulous and adept at compensation-related computation
A team player
Adept in using HR functions in Workday and Erideon, is an advantage
Understanding of compensation structures or benefits schemes and/or prior experience in Public Service would be an advantage
Singaporean
